One point is earned for each 5 minutes of practice.
Only multiples of 5 minutes may be entered on your practice chart (10, 15, 30 etc.)
One parent must sign each day practiced to verify the amount of minutes indicated
1 point will be deducted for practice charts that are up to one week late
2 points are deducted for 2 weeks late 5 points deducted for 3 weeks late
